Process
Paddy is cleaned and then soaked in water as per needed. Then Paddy is separated from water and left in open air so that water is completely drained out, now paddy is passed through the roasting machine and then feeded in chura machine where the chura is
separated from the Sieve. Chura is taken out and passed through the grading unit. Fine Quality Chura is now ready.
